Wayne – Co Founder / COO Wayne Schofield is Co-Founder and COO of Night and Day Resume. His background includes HR, Recruiting and Operations roles with numerous start ups that he has helped to grow. Wayne’s passion is helping people and companies connect. With a degree from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst in Communications and Journalism, Wayne has been in the staffing industry since 1993. Wayne’s early career direction as a journalist helped him find his passion for clean, clear and concise writing. |

Brandon – Co Founder / CTO Brandon Schofield is Co-Founder and CTO of Night and Day Resume. Brandon is all things technical. He attended college for Engineering and learned early on that there isn’t a technology he doesn’t like to tackle. Brandon comes to Night and Day Resume from a previous career as a Chef in Boston, MA where he was Pastry Chef at Eastern Standard, Executive Sous Chef at Game On, and eventually owned his own restaurant, West Side Bistro, in Manchester, NH. Deciding to get out of the restaurant game and use his technical background has proven fortuitous for Brandon and beneficial for Night and Day Resume. Brandon oversees all of the social media marketing, web development and internal IT. |

Tara - Writer, NDR/SC Tara Darazio joined Night and Day Resume in early 2012 and is excited to be working with the staff, even if she is all the way down in PA. She spent a few years working in the PR and ad agency worlds, then made the jump to education and worked as a PR Coordinator for a post-secondary institution. Most recently, she worked as the Marketing and PR Manager for an event venue and a construction company, owned by the same family. After having her first child, she left the corporate world to work as a writer, blogger, marketer, and social media strategist. Tara resides with her husband and son outside of Pittsburgh. She is an avid sports fan (especially keen on fantasy football), loves everything Apple and wishes she could have worked for Steve Jobs. Tara drinks coffee like water (as do her counterparts in our NH headquarters), and still rocks out to Bon Jovi. Tara graduated from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA with a BA in Advertising and Public Relations, as well as a BA in Mass Communications. |

Crystal – Senior Writer, NDR/GC Crystal Reece was born and raised in New York where she earned a degree in Human Services. Working for prestigious universities in NY and the Caribbean, she began to share her knowledge of social skills, education and lifestyle choices with friends, family and other members of the community. Her passion for writing began in her undergraduate years as a way to express her disappointment in the community’s lack of knowledge and to share with them the information needed to gain their own perspectives and make better choices based on their new found knowledge. She has shared her work by participating in many open mic sessions and has a few poems published in national poetic books, but usually she shares her poetry casually amongst friends and family. She has worked with Examiner.com writing blogs on nightlife in Long Island, NY and joined the Night & Day Resume team in the winter of 2012. Currently, she is in the beginning stages of writing a fiction novel and is the acting secretary for the Tri-State ZNA Koi Club.
